• To make a booking

    After looking through our portfolio on our website and Instagram please send us an inquiry through the contact tab you can find on our website. We respond within 48 hours, Monday-Thursday. We offer in-person or over-the-phone consultations to discuss the booking. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation. Once the retainer is paid, we start to reject any event that falls on that day.

  • Sessions can vary based on the complexity of the shoot or the volume of images needed.

    It is advisable to communicate ahead of time with regards to what the needs to ensure a more accurate estimation of the duration of the session.

  • Non-Refundable deposits are required to seal the contract in order to guarantee that the date and time slot booked isn’t being offered or advertised to other potential clients.

  • The balance of the quoted payment is due after image selection has been confirmed.

    Upfront payment is allowed. however, it is worth noting that there might be additional charges that may be added to the bill. For example: Overtime; additional images selected for edit/retouching.

    NB: No Secret fees. All potential additional fees will be communicated with client ahead of time.

  • Location travel fees are fees incurred for on-location(Out of studio) Photoshoot sessions.

    This will cover the full cost of travelling to and from the agreed upon location as well as accommodation for Photoshoot sessions that requires the photographer and his team to sleep overnight.

  • It happens. It Rains, It gets windy, It sometimes gets uncomfortable to shoot in some locations.
    If that happens, the shoot can either be rescheduled or we can find a creative way around the situation.

  • YES PLEASE!!!!

    However, please communicate ahead of time so arrangements can be made to accommodate the company.

  • Images will be delivered on a digital file sharing platform( Dropbox, wetransfer, google drive, pixieset,etc)

    Frames/albums/Prints/USB delivery are services that are offered at an additional cost.

  • Images are guaranteed to be stored for no more than 6 Months after images has been delivered to clients.

    it is advisable to download the images and store them in your secure hard-drive or Cloud storage.

  • Yes.

    RAW files will be made available for viewing to enable the client to make a selection of the images that will be queued for editing.

  • RAW version of the images will not be released unless the copyright fees for the images are paid.

  • All packages come with a Retouching bundle. So, YES, some images will be retouched.

  • Unfortunately, it could happen that you are not happy with the final result.

    That is why there is a consultation phase where expectations are shared and references are provided. if this brief is followed and you are unhappy with the product and it cant be fixed in editing, there is nothing that can be done other than booking a new session with a new brief.

  • Images from my photoshoots are the only way I can advertise my business and brand. So this images are needed for content but if you don’t want them online, please indicate your reservations during booking and I will make sure to not share your images.

  • Unfortunately, these images are used to advertise my work and my brand so my team will have final say on what images are used.

    However, if you have any reservations with regards to image use, please share your reservations with me and i will be sure to not use the image if its a genuine concern.

  • YES!!!

    If you send me your location, i will be right there.

  • out-of-package editing are charged based on a per-image basis.

  • Yes.

    BUT WHY??? PLEASE DONT???

    If you would like to share your images without credits, please communicate this during booking.

  • This depends on the project and the booking.

    Turn around time varies between same-day delivery and 15-working days.

  • Bookings can be done anytime but it is dependent on my availability.

    If it is a shoot with fixed date, please reach out to me as soon as you have date options to reserve the date for you without any commitment fee so i can plan around the date.

  • My team consist of:

    Lead photographer

    Assistant Photographer

    Assistant

    Resident Videographer.

    All members of the team will only be present when the scale and budget of the shoot accommodates.

    N.B: Makeup artists, Stylists and hair stylists can also provided if needed.

  • Booking cancellation/Rescheduling is allowed.

    Please send in your cancellation/rescheduling notice via email at-least 48Hours before the Shoot date and necessary refunds will be made within 7 working days.

  • RAW version of the images will not be released unless the copyright fees for the images are paid.

  • Yes. Unless directed otherwise.

  • In any unfortunate scenario that i cannot make it for the Photoshoot session, You(the Client) will be notified in advance.

    I will then offer the following:

    To reschedule for a more favourable date.

    Provide another photographer to render the service without losing quality in the product.

    and

    Full refund on all fees paid.

  • With years of experience behind me, I have learnt to work with multiple clients.

    The clients we have worked with in the past were not models and for many of them, it was their first experience being photographed by a professional photographer. Yet, if you look through our portfolio, they look comfortable in front of the camera, and that’s because we have developed techniques to help ease our clients into feeling and looking authentic. When a client is engaged in an activity that they love to do together, they naturally forget that they’re being photographed. This is the goal for each shoot. We don’t coach our Clients into unnatural poses, but we will give them little prompts. Our directions are small and simple, as we like to allow you to interpret the prompts in your own way that feels natural. Our prompts are ways to get you to interact with each other. Some clients need more prompts than others, and that’s okay.
